Fixing my gut health has been life-changing. I used to feel tired all the time, but now my energy levels are through the roof! I never realized how connected my gut was to my overall well-being.
For years, I struggled with my weight, body image, and constant GI issues. Doctors labeled it as IBS, but the advice was vague—“cut out certain foods” or “manage stress.” At the same time, I was stuck in the binge-restrict cycle, trying every diet out there, hoping something would finally work. But no matter what I did, I always ended up back in the same frustrating place.
Then I realized—I wasn’t alone. So many others were dealing with the same frustrations, feeling like their bodies were working against them. That pushed me to study nutrition and dig into the science of how our bodies actually work—how digestion, metabolism, hormones, and emotions all play a role in our health.
That’s why I started One Nutrition Group. Because nutrition isn’t just about what you eat—it’s about understanding your body, feeling in control of your choices, and finding real solutions that last. No guilt, no extremes, no more guessing. Just a sustainable, science-backed approach designed for you and your life.
Danielle takes a realistic, compassionate, and science-based approach to nutrition. She believes that understanding the why behind our food choices is key to making lasting changes. She works with clients using a whole-body approach, recognizing that how we think and feel can affect everything from digestion and metabolism to our relationship with food.
Her counseling is rooted in science, but more importantly, it’s built to work in real life. This isn’t about quick fixes or fad diets. Danielle helps clients create sustainable, personalized strategies that support their physical health and strengthen their relationship with food for the long term.
