Nutrition Care You Can Trust

Meet Samantha Fogelman

Associate Registered Dietitian

Samantha’s passion for nutrition began in high school after working with a health coach, an experience that inspired her to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian. Through her own journey, she quickly realized there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, which sparked her curiosity to better understand the science of nutrition and how to support the body in a sustainable way.

Having struggled with her weight for years, Samantha tried countless fad diets and quick fixes, only to realize that none of them were the long-term answer. This experience shaped her belief that true health isn’t about restriction or perfection, but about building sustainable habits and a balanced relationship with food.

What started as a desire to help herself avoid falling into a restrictive mindset grew into something much bigger. She is deeply grateful to have chosen this path, as it allows her to help others gain the knowledge, confidence, and balance around food that she once wished she had. Empowering clients to feel informed, supported, and in control of their health is at the heart of everything she does.
