Britni is a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should support life – not control it. Her approach is rooted in balance, moderation, and evidence-based care, helping clients work toward their health goals without restrictive rules or all-or-nothing thinking.
She supports individuals managing a variety of health conditions and comorbidities, as well as those looking to improve their overall relationship with food and health. By focusing on realistic, sustainable strategies tailored to each person’s medical needs, lifestyle, and preferences, Britni helps clients build habits that promote long-term health, confidence, and quality of life.

Britni’s counseling philosophy is centered on meeting clients where they are and recognizing that every health journey is unique. She takes an empathetic, patient-centered approach that prioritizes listening to each client’s experiences, needs, and goals.
Rather than prescribing rigid plans, she works collaboratively with clients to develop realistic nutrition strategies that align with their medical needs, cultural background, preferences, and lifestyle. She believes sustainable change occurs through understanding, trust, and gradual progress, and her role is to provide evidence-based guidance, support, and encouragement in a way that feels achievable and empowering.
Britni earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and her Master’s degree in Nutrition from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She spent the first half of her career working in inpatient and acute care settings, gaining extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of conditions and comorbidities.
Over the past few years, Britni has transitioned to outpatient counseling, where she has helped hundreds of patients and has applied her strong clinical foundation in a more personalized and collaborative setting.
This combination of inpatient and outpatient experience allows Britni to understand the complexity of medical conditions while taking a whole-body, personalized approach. She considers labs, medical history, and lifestyle factors, and works collaboratively with clients and their broader care team to create realistic, sustainable strategies that support daily life and long-term health goals.
