Nutrition Care You Can Trust

Meet Erica Kessler

Associate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Erica’s interest in nutrition began with her own health journey. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness as a teenager, she experienced firsthand how deeply our health can affect every part of life – from body image and energy levels to mood, relationships, and self-talk. That experience sparked a passion for understanding the connection between food, well-being, and quality of life.

Motivated to support others through their own challenges, Erica went on to study nutrition not just as a science, but as a way to help people feel more in tune with their bodies and more confident in how they care for themselves.

She takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to nutrition, working closely with each client to understand their goals, history, and daily realities. Whether someone is managing a medical condition, exploring their relationship with food, or simply aiming to feel better day to day, Erica helps them build a plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive for the long-term.

About Erica Kessler

Expertise, Focus Areas & Background

Erica’s approach to nutrition is rooted in the belief that food is more than fuel - it’s deeply connected to how we feel, function, and relate to ourselves. Shaped by both her personal health journey and her clinical training, Erica views nutrition as a powerful tool for supporting physical health, emotional wellbeing, and overall quality of life.

She takes a highly individualized, client-centered approach recognizing that there’s no one-size-fits all solution when it comes to nutrition & health. Whether someone is navigating a chronic illness, working toward sustainable weight goals, recovering from disordered eating, or simply trying to feel better in their body, Erica tailors care to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Her work combines compassionate care with evidence-based strategies to help clients build awareness of their eating patterns, challenge unhelpful narratives around food, and break free from all-or-nothing thinking. Erica creates a supportive space where clients can explore their relationship with food without judgment, reconnect with their body’s cues, and make lasting, meaningful changes at their own pace.

At the core of Erica’s philosophy is the idea that healing begins when we shift from control to connection - learning not just what to eat, but how to care for ourselves in a way that feels nourishing, realistic, and sustainable.
