Payment & Fees
- DF Nutrition PLLC (One Nutrition Group) bills for services through Simple Practice (Eligible), a third-party billing system.
- We accept both insurance and self-pay options.
- Insurance: If your insurance plan covers our services, you are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or fees not covered by your plan. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm insurance benefits before services are rendered.
- Self-Pay: Self-pay clients must pay in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Fees for services are subject to change. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
- Clients are responsible for understanding and following their insurance provider’s requirements for coverage, including obtaining referrals or pre-authorizations as needed.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by DF Nutrition PLLC (One Nutrition Group).
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
